It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 4th International Conference on Engineering and Environmental Sciences and the Symposium on Sustainable Construction Materials and Structures in Africa (ICEES/SSCMS 2026). This conference provides an excellent platform for researchers, professionals, policymakers, and students to exchange knowledge and develop innovative, sustainable solutions to the environmental and infrastructure challenges associated with rapid urbanisation. We are delighted that this landmark event is supported by the RILEM Africa Event Facilitation Grant, further strengthening international collaboration and scientific excellence.
